She believes both pickleball and tennis can co-exist cohesively as they each bring people to racquet sports.  She is deeply involved in promoting the racquet sports industry by helping to develop sustainable career paths for coaches, junior and collegiate players, and entry level players through the many lifestyle benefits of the two racquet sports.
As an influential leader in the industry, Geiger/Walton also helps racquet sports professionals establish a culture of cohesion and commitment, mentors coaches, and establishes relationships that foster a sense of community.  She believes that junior training academies and HS and collegiate growth in pickleball are the next step in the astronomical growth of the sport with social media the most significant catalyst.
